摘要
A series of red light-emitting phosphors of Li2Y4-xSmx(MoO47 were synthesized via solid-state reaction at a high temperature. The optimum synthesis conditions of these phosphors are sintered at 700℃ for 2 h, the mass content of flux H3BO3 of 3%, and the doping content of Sm3+ of 6% in mole. The reason of the concentration quenching was also discussed. The results show that the phosphors can be excited by ultraviolet light of 405 nm effectively, exhibiting the intense red emission lines at 646 nm, corresponding to the 4G5/2→6H9/2 transition of Sm3+. © 2015, Chinese Ceramic Society.
