摘要
The analysis of vibration mode is important process during the optimizing design of ultrasonic motor. The mathematic representation of ultrasonic motors vibration mode is described in the paper. Taking ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor with 100 mm in diameter as an example, the analysis results of motors vibration mode by using ANSYS is presented. The selection of optimum vibration mode is specially expounded. The proving trial of prototype motor is carried out. The result is that the analyzed results are coincident with measured results.
