摘要:
A boiler with an internally circulating fluid bed has been developed to burn various wood waste fuels and deinking sludge. The boiler features a bubbling fluid bed where the fuel and bed material recirculate within the bed. The boiler is part of a cogeneration plant that supplies electricity to the mill and process steam to the paper machine. Tests were conducted at 70 and 100 percent of maximum continuous rating of both wood waste and natural gas fuels. With both fuels, the boiler met the required steam flow at full temperature and pressure. Overall boiler performance exceeded predictions, and emissions were low.
