摘要
When high-speed train passes through curve path, the stress state of its vehicle system is more complex than that during its straight-line driving. Additionally, due to train with complex vehicle-rail coupled system, dynamic response of train traction gear transmission system is difficult to predict. So, it is necessary to explore effects of curve passing parameters on dynamic response of high-speed train traction gear transmission system for judging operation state of train traction gear transmission system. Here, through combination of finite element polycondensation and rail-vehicle dynamics, the software SIMPACK was used to establish the rigid-flexible coupled refined dynamic model of high-speed train. Considering flexibility of gearbox, gear pair and wheel set, influence laws of different curve passing parameters on dynamic response of gearbox were studied. The results showed that super elevation value and curvature radius of curve have different influence laws on vibration acceleration of each bearing in gearbox; they have larger effects on variations of peak-peak values of gear pair transmission error and radial force amplitude; they have smaller effects on variations of gear pair time-varying meshing stiffness, gear contact stress, and amplitudes of axial force and circumferential force. © 2022 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society.
