Modeling method study for virtual prototyping of complex products based on meta model

With the increasing requirements of digital design quality for complex products in the new technology environment, it is necessary to further improve the modeling efficiency and modeling quality of virtual prototype, and solve the integrated information integration problem of the multidisciplinary model of complex product virtual prototype, so as to realize the design and optimization of complex product system. Taking the complex products widely existing in the aerospace manufacturing field as the object, the meta model, modeling method and multidisciplinary modeling process are studied and analyzed. The multidisciplinary optimization design method and the meta model modeling method are combined, and the virtual prototyping meta model of complex products is established. Then the transformation relationship between the meta model and the disciplinary meta model is constructed, and the multidisciplinary optimization design scheme of virtual prototype is also established. © 2022, Editorial Office of Systems Engineering and Electronics.
