摘要
High-viscosity asphalt (HVA) was prepared by adding SBS modifier, compatibilizer which contains aromatic oil, and one of four C9-petroleum resins (PR) which have different soft points and H/C atom ratios. At specific SBS and total compatibilizer contents, the effects of oil and resin ratio on the properties of HVA were investigated. In addition, effects of C9 PR properties on the performance of HVA were also studied. Experimental results suggest that the HVA performance degrades significantly at low temperature when C9 PR content in the compatibilizer is over 6%. It is also observed that C9 PR with high soft point could increase 60℃ zero shearing viscosity (ZSV), and decrease penetration point. The application performance of HVA can be improved due to the enhanced SBS network structure resulted from a good compatibility between SBS and C9 PR with high H/C atom ratios. HVAs prepared with 4% PR3 or PR4 (both of them have high soft point and H/C atomic ratio) have a relatively good application performance. © 2019, Editorial Office of Acta Petrolei Sinica(Petroleum Processing Section).
