摘要
A floating raft system has an excellent vibration isolation effect, and the raft frame performance plays a key role. Scholars at home and abroad have focused on the study of raft frame structure and made some achievements, but there is no in-depth study on the stiffness adjustment of raft frame. When a raft frame structure is designed, the mechanical properties of the traditional floating raft are basically unchanged, so only the vibration force of a certain frequency band can be isolated. In fact, the frequency of the excitation load is different for a raft rack with multiple installations. In this paper, a magneto-rheological elastomer floating raft was designed by adjusting the local stiffness of the raft. The vibration isolation effect of raft frame under 0~1 000 Hz resonance excitation was studied. The optimal current control table was obtained and the full frequency vibration isolation was realized. © 2022, Editorial Board of Journal of Ship Mechanics. All right reserved.
