摘要
Traceability systems record information like component ID, processing station and processing time in production. This allows for example to verify the product origin, to limit recalls and to dynamically control production processes. In small and medium-sized companies, Traceability systems are not comprehensively used. This article describes a maturity model that supports demand-oriented system launches and further developments. © 2024 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston, Germany.
