摘要
In the Kępno’s Furniture Basin a study was conducted regarding the work atmosphere among crews and the impact of employees on the development of companies. There were signals of a bad work atmosphere in some factories, and it was decided to investigate the situation before social communication crises occurred. Against this background, the article describes the results, generalises them and proposes some solutions. The structure of the article consists of the analysis of barriers to effective communication, a synthesis of research into the state of social communication, description of perceived errors made in the communication process, and recommendations for improving and effectiveness of social communication. The publication ends with an application-relevant part not only for this industry, but having a broader application, also for improving the effectiveness of communication in other enterprises. In the publication, we also show the results of cooperation between enterprises when their managements participate in regional, integrated activities, jointly solving problems occurring in the socio-economic region. © 2021 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.
