摘要
For large-scale AC-DC hybrid power grids, parallel electromagnetic transient simulation has higher calculation efficiency than serial electromagnetic transient simulation while ensuring calculation accuracy. Thus it is increasingly widely used. To further improve the computational efficiency of parallel electromagnetic transient simulation, based on the mechanism of PSCAD parallel simulation, this paper analyzes the influence of the uniformity of network division and the number of contact lines on the efficiency of parallel electromagnetic transient simulation. An optimization model of network division is proposed, one which can reduce contact while ensuring uniform partitions. The number of lines can improve the efficiency of parallel electromagnetic transient simulation of an AC-DC hybrid power grid. Example analyses verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method. © 2021 Power System Protection and Control Press.
