New connotation and technical systems of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in big data era

摘要
The integration of new-generation information technology and manufacturing industry has promoted the rapid development of industrial digital economy, and there is a strong demand for transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises. As a strategic asset of manufacturing enterprises, the intrinsic value mining of data has become the driving force of transformation and upgrading. Taking data management as the core, it was proposed to divide the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises into four development stages: extensive management based on labor, digital management based on information technology, big data management based on industrial internet, and intelligent management based on new-generation artificial intelligence. In view of the big data era at this stage, the new connotation of digital transformation was illustrated from the dimensions of driving factors, concept transformation and basic characteristics. On this basis, the architecture and key technologies were discussed from the perspective of data life cycle. The development directions were given to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises. © 2022 CIMS. All rights reserved.
