摘要
This paper reports on results of load-bearing fire test of structural glued laminated timber columns with Japanese cedar and larch during not only heating phase but also cooling phase. The purpose of the tests was to confirm the properties of charring, the temperature distribution in the cross-section, the deformation behavior and the failure time. The failure time from the test result was compared with that of the calculated result by the buckling strength on the basis of tangent modulus theory and mechanical properties at high temperature in accordance with Eurocode5. © 2020 Architectural Institute of Japan.
