摘要
In regions such as hawai'i, south Australia, Tasmania, Texas, and Ireland, power systems are commonly experiencing instantaneous penetration levels of inverter-based power sources (IBPSs) such as wind, solar photovoltaics (PV), and battery storage in excess of 50–60% relative to system demands. © 2003-2012 IEEE.
