摘要
Policy effectiveness evaluation is an important basis for formulation and adjustment of renewable energy policies. Ubiquitous power internet of things can provide effective information and technical support for evaluation of renewable energy policies. At the same time, policy evaluation is expected to become one of the important applications of Ubiquitous power Internet of Things to serve government and society. In view of this, based on the platform of ubiquitous power internet of things, this article puts forward a renewable energy policy evaluation system architecture, including policy support query, analysis, evaluation, forecast and so on, and then combined with large data analysis method, a model of renewable energy policy effectiveness evaluation system with core algorithm is constructed for promoting renewable energy development and environmental benefits. Feasibility of the proposed model is verified with numerical examples. © 2019, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
