摘要
Oxidative stress is thought to have a role in the pathogenesis of hole malignancies. The purpose of current study is evaluation of Malondialdehyde (MDA), Glutathione (GSH) and Catalase (CAT) levels in women with breast cancer by comparing with women have breast cancer and toxoplasmosis. The study involves 60 women divided in to two groups by ELISA test (22 cases with breast cancer and 38 cases have breast cancer and toxoplasmosis). The level of MDA was significantly elevated (P < 0.05) in the breast cancer with toxoplasmosis patients compared with breast cancer patients Whilst GSH enzyme activity significantly decreased (P < 0.05) in the breast cancer with toxoplasmosis patients compared with breast cancer group. In regarding to the Catalase activity, the results revealed to no significant difference (P > 0.05) between breast cancer patients and breast cancer with toxoplasmosis. © 2021
