摘要
In order to study the strong "beat vibration" behavior of a compact strip production (CSP) rolling mill while rolling steel plate heat commercial (SPHC) steel, industrial field experimental research on the rolling mill was carried on by using the monitoring instrument, and the signal characteristics of the rolling mill were obtained under the working conditions of rolling piece thickness periodic excitation, steel biting impact, and rolling without strip. Experimental analysis shows that the rolling piece has an important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the rolling mill. The harmonicity of rolling force was obtained by establishing a mathematical model of rolling force under the influence of rolling thickness fluctuations. According to the field parameters, the Ansys/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the rolling process of the rolling mill to obtain the rolling force fluctuation curve and spectrum. Simulation conclusions are consistent with the theoretical study of mathematical models. On this basis, the mechanism that the generating rolling force harmonics and stimulating rolling mill vibrations by fluctuations thickness was analyzed. According to the coupling relationship between the thickness and speed of the rolling piece, vibration suppression experiments were carried out on the industrial site. Results show that the vibration frequency of the rolling mill is dispersed and the amplitude is greatly reduced by optimizing the speed of the rolling process. The research methods and conclusions provide a reference for similar vibration problems. © 2023 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society. All rights reserved.
