摘要
The deployment of 5G networks is increasing around the globe. A new concept with 5G is the non-public network (NPN), specifically for use in industrial automation. However, due to the high cost associated with deploying NPN, neighboring organizations are exploring network sharing as a viable alternative. This paper presents a proposal for developing a simulation platform that enables the participants of a co-working space to investigate if a shared nonpublic 5G network can cope with the requirements of their applications and support them in optimizing or expanding the existing or developing 5G campus network. © 2023 The Authors.
