摘要
This article proposes an approach to assist and support financial institutions in their digital transformation. Whether it is adapting to change to remain competitive or developing an activity, the digital transformation of the company has become unavoidable. Remember that the aim of processes is to structure a company's business; it would therefore be axiomatic to study the impact of the digital environment on banking processes. This analysis will allow us to draw a roadmap to direct banks towards a successful digital transformation. The data used in this work are provided from a survey sent to specialists of the financial sphere to fill a correlation's matrix between the banking processes and the digital risks. A special analysis, using data mining tools, fuzzy dissimilarity and R ecosystem to categorise banking processes allow us to propose a systemic approach to assist the bank's digital transformation. © 2019 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.
