摘要
Inorganic luminescent phosphors doped by rare-earth ions have been extensively used in various applications, such as plasma display panels (PDPs), field emission displays (FEDs), and white-light emitting diodes (W-LEDs). Blue emitting phosphors LiSr4(BO3)3: Ce3+, Tb3+ were synthesized by high temperature solid state method. The emission intensity of Tb3+ of LiSr4(BO3)3: 0.05Ce3+, 0.03Tb3+ phosphors was 13.1 times of LiSr4(BO3)3: 0.03Tb3+ phosphor via the energy transfer from Ce3+ to Tb3+. The energy transfer mechanism of Ce3+ to Tb3+ was the electric quadrupole-quadrupole interaction, and the energy transfer efficiency was up to 66.9%. The relative emission intensity of LiSr4(BO3)3: 0.05Ce3+ and LiSr4(BO3)3: 0.05Ce3+, 0.03Tb3+ phosphors decreased linearly with the increase of temperature in the range of 25~250℃. © 2020, Editorial Office of Journal of the Chinese Society of Rare Earths.
