Medium-sized companies, in particular, have severe deficits in the digital networking of their production. Within the framework of the industry-oriented research project DaFuER, the state-of-the-art methods for data fusion and error reduction in data-driven feedback processes will be analyzed more closely and validated in industrial use cases to further open up data fusion for real production processes of SMEs in everyday life. Furthermore, faulty feedback data in processes as well as possible optimization potentials are identified. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co. KG
