摘要
Spare parts were important support materials for planned repairs, temporary repairs and emergency repairs on the battlefield, which played an important role in the timely formation and long-term maintenance of equipment support capabilities. Aiming at the two typical support modes of autonomous support and accompanying support of ship formation during the maritime mission, an optimized model of spare parts configuration was established with the formation carrying capacity (total volume) as the constraint and the equipment availability as the objective function. Under the constraints of the same equipment availability index, the optimization schemes of spare parts configuration under different maintenance capabilities of the two support modes were compared and analyzed. The calculation results were verified by the Monte Carlo simulation model. The results of the case showed that the formation spare parts resources under the support mode had a higher utilization rate compared with autonomous support. The error between the simulation result and the analysis result was less than 4%, which further verified the correctness and feasibility of the model. Decision support was provided for formulating a reasonable support model and optimizing the plan for carrying spare parts during the maritime formation mission. © 2020, Editorial Board of Journal of Systems Engineering Society of China.
