摘要
Large-scale wind power integration requires peak regulation auxiliary services provided by conventional units, which will cause additional costs to the units. Therefore, consummating the compensation mechanism of peak regulation auxiliary services is the key to solve the high abandoned wind rate at this stage. This paper proposes the balancing cost based wind power segmentation and the compensation method of thermal power peak regulation for improving wind power accommodation. By establishing corresponding mathematical models and algorithms, the quality of large-scale wind power is segmented according to the balancing cost calculation of wind power based on 'load-following transform'. Then, a compensation method for wind power integration in the deep peak regulation stage is proposed, in which the balancing cost and opportunity cost in the peak regulation cost of conventional units are considered comprehensively. The profits made by wind power and thermal power enterprise are balanced through the proposed compensation mechanism. Simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2019 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
