摘要
PNB was used as matrix, conductive carbon black (CB) and carbon fiber (CF) were added to prepare PNB composites. The electrical properties, mechanical properties and electrothermal dual-drive shape memory effects of PNB composites were investigated by electrical properties characterization, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dynamic mechanical property spectrometer (DMA). The results show that different degrees of conductive pathways can be formed inside the PNB composites with a certain amount of conductive CB and CF. Besides, CF has the higher strength and modulus than conductive CB, which makes the composites have more excellent mechanical properties. The conductive networks formed by adding conductive CB are more perfect. The composites with excellent mechanical properties as well as good shape memory properties can be made by a small amount of conductive CB. © 2022, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
