摘要
White noise is one of the most common noises existing in detected signals of partial discharge (PD) measurement for power cables. Focusing on the white noise suppression, this paper presented a new denoising method based on short-time singular value decomposition (STSVD). The proposed method applied a sliding window along the noisy PD signal, and the singular value decomposition (SVD) was used to eliminate the white noise. In the simulation test, typical PD pulsed signals were used to simulate the real PD signals, and the feasibility was verified under different signal to noise ratios (SNR) and window lengths. Finally, the denoising validity and accuracy were verified by PD test on two typical cable defects under oscillated voltage and AC voltage. The results show that: compared with traditional wavelet denoising method, STSVD is more sensitive to weak PD signals, and the denoised PD signal has a better similarities and errors compared with traditional wavelet and adaptive SVD denoising method. © 2019 Chin.
