摘要
This paper demonstrates the method of I-V characteristics of bifacial modules by selecting six different bifacial modules and testing these modules by the equivalent light intensity, the double-sided synchronous flash and formula method mentioned. Through experiments, it is found that the results of different test methods for I-V testing of the same component are quite different, but the difference is not the same in different types of component testing. The three testing methods are not simply equivalent. Finally, according to the analysis of the application scenarios of PV modules, it is recommended to use SEMI's double-sided synchro flash method to perform the I-V characteristics of bifacial module. © 2021, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
