摘要
In order to explore resource utilization of electroplating sludge, electroplating sludge-based microcrystalline glass was prepared by pre-heat treatment and melting methods using electroplating sludge as the nucleating agent. Cr(VI) solidified leaching effects in electroplating sludge was investigated and the optimum addition ratio of electroplating sludge was selected. Suitable nucleation and crystallization temperatures of electroplating sludge containing basic glasses were studied by thermogravimetry differential calorimeter (TG-DSC). The structure of the electroplated sludge-based microcrystalline glass was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experimental results show that the optimal Cr(VI) solidified leaching (1.10 mg∙L-1) can be obtained by adding 30 % electroplating sludge. The glass has good curing effects on heavy metals in electroplating sludge. XRD results indicate that electroplating sludge based glass-ceramics with stable crystalline phase could be obtained under 720-760 ℃ crystallization temperatures. SEM results indicate that electroplated sludge was embedded in glass-ceramics to form a dense structure. © 2021, Editorial Board of "Journal of Chemical Engineering of Chinese Universities".
