摘要
Given the high voltage transmission proportion required by photovoltaics, fuel cell and other new energy power generation systems, this paper introduces a high gain Boost converter with an interleaved and three-winding coupled inductor. The interleaved parallel control reduces the primary current ripple of the coupling inductor, cuts the duty cycle and thus reduces the on-time of each switch, and the interleaved parallel switches and output switches achieve voltage clamping in the circuit structure without voltage spikes. The bridge doubling unit alleviates the diode reverse recovery problem. The interleaved parallel coupled inductor dual primary configuration improves the operating reliability of the converter. Moreover, based on the proposed converter, a high gain Boost converter with interleaved and n+1-winding coupled inductor and a high gain Boost converter with n-coupled inductor interleaved n-bridge voltage doubler are developed. The working principle and steady state performance of the proposed converter are analyzed deeply. From the theoretical analysis, a 500 W model machine is made through the experimental platform to verify its correctness. © 2022 Power System Protection and Control Press. All rights reserved.
