摘要
A family of Dual-Boost bridgeless three-level rectifiers based on coupled inductors was proposed by combining coupled inductors, bidirectional switch unit and bridgeless power-factor correction circuit (PFC). The bidirectional switch unit was embedded between the bridge arm of the bridgeless PFC circuit and the two split capacitors on the DC side, which reduced the switching loss due to the realization of five-level between the topological bridge arms in each line cycle. The proposed three-level rectifiers in this paper used a pair of common core coupled inductors to improve the core utilization. The five-level voltage between the two bridge arms can reduce the AC side current harmonics. The proposed topologies have the characteristics of low voltage/current stress on the power switches. The paper described the process of topologies derivation, analyzed the operating principle, coupled inductors characteristics of the proposed topologies, and studied the control and modulation strategies. Finally, an experimental prototype of rated output of 1kW/400V with an input of 220V/50Hz was built to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme and the correctness of the theoretical analysis. © 2021 Chin.
