摘要
The requirements for production metrology regarding “faster, more accurate, more flexible” measurement results and solutions also apply to the same extent to gear metrology [1]. Especially the simultaneous requirements "accurate and flexible" represent a special challenge for measuring instrument manufacturers. Furthermore, the fulfillment of these requirements not only represents special challenges for a measuring system, but also requires a suitable clamping of the workpieces, which are to be qualified within the production metrology or quality assurance. The influencing variables that significantly influence the measurement result are numerous. The draft guideline VDI/VDE 2612 part 6:2020-10 – draft, section 3 – influences and effects on the measurement result, summarizes these as shown in figure 1. In this report, the topics of measuring object, clamping, workpiece reference and measurement strategy (including the measuring method) on various workpieces will be examined in particular. The explanations focus on shaft-like measuring objects such as gears and gear-like workpieces, which are measured on coordinate measuring machines. © The Authors.
