摘要
In recent years, the high-frequency half- wavelength transmission system has been proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional half-wavelength transmission line. The system mainly has four components including generator, transmission line, transformer and load. The generator outputs the voltage at the frequency whose half-wavelength is equal to the physical distance between the generator and the load. This paper first conducts the feasibility study of the proposed system. Then a simulation test system is built with 12 pulse cycle converter as the frequency converter, which verifies the feature of the proposed system that the electric distance is approximately zero under a steady state operation. The transient characteristics of the system are analyzed too, which indicates that the system's fault characteristics are similar to those of the traditional half- wavelength transmission system. Finally, the economy analysis and the future prospect of the system are discussed. © 2020, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
