摘要
To research the laws of relief gas migration in overlying strata, based on the mining crack ellipsoid theory, the space morphological mode of excellent mining gas channel in mining height effect has been constructed. For the main mining face of a high gas mine in Heshun, Shanxi, the physical similarity simulation method is used to reveal the mining control mechanism of the dominant channel of the fully mechanized mining face. Based on this, the high-level drilling and unloading gas test has been car- ried out on site. The results have shown that in the overlying strata, the amount of separation from the left and right boundaries of the dominant channel is significantly changed. With the increase of mining height, the height of the dominant channel develops to 29.5 m, 48 m, 60 m from the bottom of the coal seam, and the width changes from 28 m to 33 m. When the peak of the separation rate is moved from 30 m to 60 m from the bottom of the coal seam, the penetration will obviously increase. When the peak of the separation rate is moved from 30 m to 60 m from the bottom of the coal seam, the penetration will obviously increase. Fractal dimension of excellent channels of 6 m mining height is 1.07 times and 1.23 times higher than that of 4 m and 2 m, showing a rise dimensional trend. In the high-level drilling test in the field, the high-level drilling parameters of the working face with different heights are optimized and adjusted, and the high-drilling gas extraction gas accounts for 49.94%~89.88% of the total gas emission. Moreover, the average gas concentration of the upper corner and the return air passage is maintained below 0.27% and below 0.32%, thereby ensuring safe and efficient recovery of the working face. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the identification of the gas enrichment zone. © 2019, Editorial Board of Journal of Mining & Safety Engineering. All right reserved.
