摘要
A methodology is presented for calculating optimal values of the natural, ecological and economic elements of Ukraine’s food system, these being the basis for agrarian enterprises. Criteria for the efficiency of the use of agricultural land according to the interaction of these elements are formulated, and the regional structure of the national food supply determined. Regions are clustered according to their level of food self-sufficiency, and agricultural enterprises are grouped according to the areas of land under agricultural crops in their farming system. © 2022 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.
