摘要
The key parts of marine equipment are exposed in a complex environment of corrosion-wear interaction, which suffers serious surface abrasion, and affects the reliability and safety. One effective way to solve this challenge is to reinforce the surface of the workpiece to form a protective coating. In this paper, the research progress of wear and corrosion resistant coatings in marine environment in recent years were reviewed, including materials and preparation technology, mechanical-electrical coupling damage mechanism, damage evaluation methods, and the application of new methods such as high-throughput technology. The development trend of coating structure and properties regulation, residual stress modification and service life extension were summarized, and the future development direction of marine corrosion and wear resistance technology was forecasted. © 2023 Central South University of Technology.
