摘要
In the fields of energy balance and demand supply, multi-unit motors have significant advantages in terms of power sharing control. However, the motor performance under power sharing is affected by system modeling and the corresponding control strategy. Aiming at a multi-unit interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) with a modular stator structure, a new maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control considering mutual inductance between units under power sharing condition was proposed. Firstly, the flux and voltage equations of the four-unit IPMSM were analyzed, and a mathematical model of the multi-unit IPMSM considering the mutual inductance between units under power sharing conditions was established. Secondly, according to the complex torque characteristics of the multi-unit IPMSM, an MTPA control algorithm based on fitting sine and cosine functions was designed to solve the optimal current vector angle. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm were verified by simulations and experiments. ©2022 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
