摘要
A new distribution system flexibility evaluation based on cloud models is proposed to address the issue of the gradual expansion of the scale of flexible resource access into the new distribution system, making it difficult for the previous distribution network flexibility evaluation methods to adapt to the development status of the distribution system. Firstly, a distribution network flexibility evaluation system was constructed based on several indicators that affect the system flexibility; Secondly, the AHP entropy weight method, which combines the subjective and objective factors, was used to weight the constructed flexibility evaluation system; Finally, to address the issues of the difficulties in intuitively describing the flexibility status of the system and in fully characterizing the flexibility status of the system using the existing flexibility evaluation methods, a cloud model-based distribution system flexibility evaluation method was proposed.Simulation verification is conducted using the actual data from a distribution system operation in a certain region of China. © 2024 Power System Technology Press.
