摘要
In this study, polyamide polyether elastomer/graphene (PA6-b-PEG/GNs) nanocomposites were prepared by in situ polymerization via one-step method. FT-IR characterization shows that the polycondensation of PA6-b-PEG could be promoted by the addition of GNs. X-ray diffraction and DSC analyzation exhibit that the crystallinity and melting temperature of PA6-b-PEG/GNs nanocomposites are higher than those of PA6-b-PEG. When the GNs content is 5%, the crystallization temperature and melting point of nanocomposites reach the maximum values. The results of TGA display that the initial decomposition temperature, decomposition termination temperature, thermal stability of the composites are effectively improved by GNs. The tensile test results show that PA6-b-PEG/GNs nanocomposites have the higher tensile strength and elastic modulus than PA6-b-PEG, but their elongation at break decreases. In addition, SEM show that GNs can improve the rigidity of PA6-b-PEG, reduce its microphase separation, and improve its material compatibility. © 2019, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
