摘要
Distributed power is crucial to energy transition and development. In this paper, an optimal locating and sizing planning model of distributed generation (DG) is established, which takes the risk cost of parallel operation and islanding operation of DG as objective function. The model fully considers the impact of DG output power fluctuation on the distribution network and takes the distribution network operation risk into account. Then an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solving the model with the constraints of DG penetration level, power balance, node voltages, branch transmission power and reverse power flow. The simulation results verify that the proposed method can not only optimize network structure and lower operating costs, but also guarantee the power supply reliability and reduce the loss caused by the fault. © 2019, Electrical Technology Press Co.
