摘要
In order to explore the influence of molten salt with low chloride ion content (0.01%-0.05%,mass fraction) on the corrosion process of metal materials. By means of weight loss method, the corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel in mixed molten salts with chloride ion mass fraction of 0.01%, 0.03% and 0.05% was studied. The results show that the minimum weight loss of 316L stainless steel in molten salt with chloride ion mass fraction of 0.03% is 0.4381 mg/cm2 after 360 h of corrosion test. The surface morphology analysis by SEM, EDS and XRD test showed that Ca(OH)2 appears in the corrosion products of stainless steel after adding chloride ions.During the formation of Ca(OH)2 mayhydroxyl ion are consumed, thus reducing the weight loss of stainless steel. © 2022, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
