摘要
In order to reduce the carbon emissions of the park integrated energy system (PIES), and to guarantee the reliability and economy of PIES energy supply, we put forward a PIES seasonal near-zero-carbon economic dispatch method involving electric vehicles (EVs) after taking the seasonal characteristics of electricity-gas-heat multi-type energy storage into consideration. Firstly, taking the uncertainty of distributed generation output into consideration, we established a PIES carbon flow dynamic equilibrium equation, and analyzed the seasonal operation characteristics of EV; meanwhile, we established a mathematical model of long-term gas storage equipment for cross-seasonal energy storage, and constructed a multi-type energy storage model to estimate the supply and demand matching degree of PIES typical years. Secondly, the annual carbon emission quota was converted into carbon trading according to the season, and a seasonal stepped carbon trading mechanism was established to ensure that the annual carbon emission could meet the carbon quota requirements. Finally, the total operating cost of cross-seasonal energy storage dispatch and the matching degree of carbon quota were taken into account, and a seasonal PIES low-carbon economic dispatch model was established to analyze the economy and low-carbon nature of dispatch in typical seasonal scenarios. The example analysis verifies the positive impact of seasonal energy storage, EV and seasonal scheduling on PIES energy conservation and emission reduction. © 2023 Science Press. All rights reserved.
