摘要
With the continuous development of new energy and power system, the peak adjustment situation of energy network is becoming more and more serious. Under the new normal, frequent and deep peak adjustment and especially the high coal price has made serious challenges to thermal Power units. In order to explore the economy of the thermal power unit in peak regulation and meet the adverse effects of peak regulation, a real-time levelized cost of energy (LCOE) model was proposed; the benefit calculation model and the compensation price forecasting model were established. With the use of data mining methods such as sliding window and the BP neural network, this paper has made the forecast analysis on the real-time LCOE of the case unit, and finally obtained the compensation price that in different conditions to provide data reference for the peak regulation of the units. © 2019 Chin.
