摘要
The purpose of this paper is to reduce the friction and wear of the plunger sealing pair of the fracturing pump, and study the influence of the sine groove texture on the friction performance of the plunger sealing pair under different working conditions. Based on the geometric model of the plunger sealing pair of the fracturing pump and the fluid lubrication theory, a numerical theoretical model of the sine micro-groove textured plunger-rubber sealing pair is established to study the effect of different plunger sealing pressures and stroke times on the anti-wear performance of sine texture through simulation. Under different sealing pressure, from 40 MPa to 140 MPa, the oil film bearing capacity and its growth rate of textured plunger surface increase, the friction coefficient increases and the growth rate decreases, and the higher the plunger stroke, the greater the oil film bearing capacity and friction coefficient; under different plunger stroke (speed), the oil film bearing capacity and plunger speed have a linear relationship, the friction coefficient increases and the growth rate decreases; according to the simulation results, it can be seen that the oil film bearing capacity is the largest and the friction coefficient is the minimum under the condition of plunger stroke sealing pressure 150/min-80 MPa, while the oil film bearing capacity and friction coefficient are the minimum under the condition of 300/min-40 MPa. The sine groove texture can effectively improve the dynamic pressure lubrication performance of the plunger seal pair. Under the sine groove texture parameters of this article, with the increase of the plunger seal pressure and stroke rate, the oil film bearing capacity and friction coefficient both show an increase trend. © 2021, Chongqing Wujiu Periodicals Press.
