摘要
The MAPbI(3-x)Brx perovskite solar cell was deposited in one-step solution approach. This study focuses on the influence of MABr on the morphology, optical absorption and photovoltaic performances. The results show that the surface of the deposited CH3NH3PbI(3-x)Brx became rougher and the grain sizes larger with the MABr concentration increasing. UV-Vis-NIR spectra and photoluminescence peak of CH3NH3PbI(3-x)Brx film blue shifted with increasing of the MABr concentration. The MAPbI(3-x)Brx solar cells exhibite open circuit voltage of 1.02 V with power conversion efficiency of 12.68%. © 2019, Science Press. All right reserved.
