Determination of absolute content of norfloxacin by1H and19F quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance

A determination method for the content of norfloxacin by1H quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-QNMR)and19F quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance(19F-QNMR)was established. In the1H-QNMR, DMSO-d6 was used as solvent,proton signal peaks of norfloxacin at δ 7.9 and δ 6.3 of maleic acid served as quantitative and inner peaks,respectively. The spectra of the mixture were collected at pulse program of zg30,acquisition time of 4.09 s,relaxation delay of 20 s and scanning times of 16. Similarly,in the19F-QNMR, risperidone was used as internal standard,proton signal peaks of norfloxacin at δ-121.3 and δ-109.9 of risperidone served as quantitative and inner peaks,respectively. The spectra of the mixture were collected under the conditions of pulse program of zgfhigqn.2,relaxation delay of 7 s and scanning times of 16. The results of1H-QNMR and19F-QNMR were similar to those of mass balance method. The results showed that nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy was capable of detecting norfloxacin content with the advantages of simple, efficient and without reference materials. © 2022, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd.
