摘要
Computer vision technology was used to compensate the vibration of catenary geometric parameter detection vehicle. Based on the laser camera sensor, the compensation device of the catenary detection vehicle was built. Through analysis on the mutual coupling relations of vehicle vibration with multiple freedom and the influence of vehicle vibration on the detection data, the formula to calculate vehicle body vibration displacement compensations was deduced on the basis of the computer vision technology. The compensation method was applied to the catenary geometric parameter detection vehicle. The results of the experiments carried out on the Zhengzhou-xuzhou high-speed railway indicate that, after compensation, the mean value of the repeated error is reduced 7.35 mm compared with that before compensation. The measurement error compared with manual measurement data is reduced 8.80 mm after compensation for the detection data. A further comparison test between the measurement data and manual measurement data conducted in Hangzhou Metro Line 2 shows that the measurement error is reduced 10.25 mm after compensation for the detection data. The validity of the compensation method for the improvement of the detection accuracy of the catenary system was verified by the two experiments. © 2019, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
