In a dynamic and volatile market environment, regardless of the effects of COVID-19 or any other global challenge, refi ners are pressed by challenging economics, tighter environmental regulations and product specifi cations. Flexibility is the key to adapting to these conditions, as is a focus on balancing the serviceable markets between clean transportation fuels and petrochemicals for an optimum profi tability.
