With the rapid development of computer vision and other technologies, the rapid rise of human-computer interaction, medical assistance, security monitoring and other fields, facial landmark detection as one of the important tasks of concern, it can locate and detect facial landmark in images or videos, with high practical value. By combing and analyzing the current research status of face key point detection methods, this paper divides them into traditional facial landmark detection methods and deep learning-based facial landmark detection methods.It compares and analyzes the principles, advantages and disadvantages of various methods, introduces common data sets and evaluation indicators, and comprehensively evaluates the performance of key methods on different data sets.
