摘要
Cyber-physical integration in manufacturing enabled by digital twins is the mainstream direction of manufacturing development in the digital economy era. As a basic unit of manufacturing, digital twin shop-floors can improve manufacturing operation management capabilities to adapt to multiple scenarios based on fusion decisions of trusted data and models. A digital twin shop-floor manufacturing operation management platform is proposed to address the needs of lean, flexible and intelligent manufacturing operation management, as well as the difficulties in a- dapting manufacturing operation management capabilities to physical requirements, adapting manufacturing operation management modes to physical states, and adapting manufacturing operation management strategies to physical scenarios. Its system composition, characteristics and key technologies are also elaborated and discussed respectively. On this basis, as manufacturing operation management extends towards cross-organization and cross-enterprise intelligent collaboration including physical resources and virtual resources, a collaborative operation management strategy of organization-management-standardization-insight-decision-making-improvement for intelligent production control was proposed. It provided a series of theoretical and methodological references to support theoretical research and application of manufacturing operations management within shop-floors, within enterprises, and across enterprises. © 2024 CIMS.
