摘要
The study of the passenger queue service process in the terminal building is essential for the terminal to allocate resources and improve passengers' satisfaction according to the actual operation. Thus, a new method to analyze and simulate the passenger queue service process is proposed. Firstly, the research optimizes the social force model, builds a terminal queuing simulation model. Secondly, the Anylogic software is used to simulate the passenger queue service process of security check in the departure hall of Nanjing Lukou International Airport Terminal 2. Finally, through the simulation data, different simulation results of the optimization model and the traditional model are analyzed, which shows that there is no clear difference of the security channel utilization and the actual operation between the two models, both are higher than 96%. The results also shows that the average queue length of the optimization model is significantly smaller than the traditional model with 2~3 people; the average waiting time and average time spent by passengers in the security system are significantly smaller than the traditional result of about 100 s, which is more in line with the actual operation of security inspection area peak hours. © 2020, Editorial Office of Systems Engineering and Electronics.
