摘要
Establishing an equivalent model that can accurately simulate the transient response of wind farm is essential for the studies of large-scale grid-integrated wind power. The fault response characteristics of direct-driven wind turbine generators are analyzed in detail by using the low voltage ride-through response curve extracted from the field test data. Then, the active power transient response of wind turbine generator under different wind speeds is studied. According to the difference of response, the clustering principle is preliminarily determined. Then, several groups of voltage dip tests are carried out. From the perspective of practicality, considering the equivalence accuracy and calculation efficiency, the appropriate segmentation points are discussed and determined. Thus, a three-machine equivalent method of direct-driven wind farm considering the transient response of the complete process of low voltage ride-through is proposed. Finally, the adaptability of the proposed equivalent method to different wind speeds and voltage dips is verified with multiple groups of measured wind speed data. The proposed method only needs a simple calculation to obtain the grouping indicator, avoiding the dependence on clustering algorithm, and has good engineering practicability. © 2022 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press.
