In order to promote the high-quality development of gas control level, based on the research progress at home and abroad, the following processes have been established; coal seam gas content measurement, gas emission prediction, gas storage and transportation area identification and delineation, extraction method determination, extraction parameter design, extraction engineering construction, measurement monitoring evaluation and control of the mining pressure relief gas extraction, and the connotation of the "precise extraction" of pressure relief gas was explained from "precision" , "accuracy" and "fineness".Taking the key issues of pressure relief gas extraction in deep mining as the core, the main content as the cornerstone, the key technology as the backing, the means and methods as the approach, and the engineering practice as the verification, a multi-level precision extraction system framework has been constructed.By summarizing the existing common methods of gas emission prediction, a general box model for gas emission prediction was obtained; based on the research of three aspects of theoretical derivation, experimental simulation and on-site inversion, a precise identification method and process for the high-efficiency pressure relief gas drainage area was proposed.Precise construction design process of pressure relief gas precise extraction project based on different design basis was established; the dynamic perception of drainage data, the evaluation of drainage effect and the optimization of the pipeline network, and the decision-making and adjustment of the drainage system were used as the main research content.Three research topics and research ideas for the precise control of pressure relief gas drainage were proposed; the structure of the pressure relief gas precise extraction cloud platform was discussed, and the pressure relief gas precise extraction system was applied to carry out on-site engineering practice in a typical high gas outburst mine in Shanxi.This research completes the overall framework of pressure relief gas management in deep mines, and provides a reference for follow-up research and field applications. © 2021 Meitan Kexun Jishu/Coal Science and Technology (Peking).
